Matrix Explanation

Matrix Payout Example………based on the bottle cost = $30

4x4 = $30

1% - 4 = $1.20
5% - 16 = $24.00
6% - 64 = $115.00

You will receive a matching bonus on 3rd and 4th level of all of your personally sponsored.
The $30 bottle will give you a matching bonus on the $115 plus the $576 for a total of $691

If you personally enroll 5 customers and they cycle with a full matrix (all 4 levels full), Your matching
bonus will be 5 times $691. Your check would be $3,455

If You personally enroll 10 customers and they cycle with a full matrix. If the bottle is $30, your
matching bonus will be 10 * $691 plus your $716.20. Your check will be $7,626.20
In addition to this, there are 4 bonus pools that you also get paid from

1st 2% = 5 customers
2nd 2% = 8 customers
3rd 4% = 8 customers, CAS in original plan, approx $25,000 matrix vol.
4th 4% = 8 customers, CAS in original plan, approx $50,000 matrix vol.

Key Points to Remember

1. You can only receive income from the 1st and 2nd bonus pool the first month

2. If you enroll 1 referring customer next month and they receive $691, on their 3th and 4th level, you will receive the matching bonus of $691

3. The more customers you refer, the more income you earn.

4. Even if you never received spillover, the cost of getting in, less than $40 will create cycling in the matrix just by everyone referring 5 customers.

5. You also will receive from $6 to $11 for each customer you refer on top of the matrix payout.

6. You also receive points that will be used to determine where you will fall in the matrix the following month. A set # of points will be given for many things such as 5 points for everyone you sponsor, 3 points for everyone they sponsor, etc.

7. The total number of points you end up with once the cycle month closes determines what poisition you will fall into when the matrix starts again the following month.

8. Someone you personally sponsor can end up in a matrix above you because they have more points. You will still receive the matching bonus on them.

9. The Matrix plan will almost force a new person to upgrade to the original plan on CAS in order to get paid from the 3rd and 4th bonus pool.

10. All Active IPC's will automatically have a spot in the matrix as a ghost position. Once it activates and you purchase the 1 bottle of the new product you are now in the matrix….

1. Is a Customer and a IPC the same ?
Yes and No. If you set a customer up in the matrix by using their SSN, birthdate and CC on 1
bottle autoship, they are qualified to get paid on anything that generates in their matrix provided they have referred 5 customers.

2. What if they never refer any customers but they get spillover that completely fills their matrix? The commission they would have received rolls up to the first upline who is qualified to receive it

3. How many customers should I get and who should they be?
10 is the magic number and they should probably be people who said no before were not interested in the business.

4. Should I wait and sign someone up in the Matrix or should I sign them up now? We should be attempting to position as many people as we possibly can in the current comp plan either on standard CAS, Pack and Case or as a Rewards Member on SAS or DAS

The sense of urgency is to position them now
5. What should I do about my current organization that are on NCAS?
Contact everyone and give an update on what's about to happen. Encourage them to at least upgrade to SAS.

6. What do I do with my current Rewards Members?
They will also be a part of the matrix but in order to secure them in the matrix as active, they have to order a bottle of the new product that is launching. It is a great incentive that now as a customer they can earn income by referring 5 customers.

7. Should I sign up a customer in the matrix even if they do not want to
refer other customers?
Abosolutely because all customers whether they refer others or not will be used to fill your matrix
